Top car kind of looks like a Ford Fusion, bottom car is super grainy.

I wish cities would put some of their crazy speed ticket revenue into bringing traffic cameras up to say 1998 standards. My 5 year old phone has a better camera.

Top looks like a Maxima or a Altima Sport pack. (the headlights look more like a nissan than a Honda civic)
Bottom is super hard to make out but im going to go with a crown vic

One of the main problems with these it's typically a night time shot and it's a screencap from a video not an actual picture.

top car could be a fusion but looks more like an altima to me — possibly a chevy volt?...the bottom car looks like...a blur...chevy nomad? dodge magnum? challenger? no idea.

I think the bottom is a Grand Am. The taillights seem to wrap around all three edges of the corner, and the front end looks about right too. The wheels line up to the pillars just right, too.
